When Loaay Ahmed started knightscapital in 1995 most locally founded and managed companies in Kuwait were still not familiar with the concept a retainer. Loaay spread the concept and showed how open book policy is the only way to win clients’ trust.


At the same time, many agencies were focused mainly on design and advertising, but not marketing. Loaay insisted on working with clients with a holistic approach. It paid off for all the clients we worked with for years. A few years later the local agencies caught up with the benefits and followed.
